Great products even better customer service

I have been a customer for quite a while. I hadn't needed anything in a while. I noticed a sale and put an order in for the stir plate. Unfortunately, I messed up something during the order process. I contacted customer service and they fixed it in a short amount of time. The best plate out there.

Great addition to my brewing equipment

Easy to use and works great. Really feel it does an excellent job of getting the yeast active and ready for pitching.
