FastPitch is the bomb, convenient, so easy to use, and no messing around with DME making your own! Ordered a case of 24, cans were packed laying on it's side, heavy box, obviously dropped in transit, all cans suffered some dents, 4 had leaked. Notified NB who then quickly shipped replacement cans! Awesome customer service, great products, reasonable pricing, and fast shipping! What more can you say?

It saves about 45 minutes to make your own starter with measuring, boiling, cooling, etc; a great, easy time saver. I get a lot because I remember when it was NOT available. And to new brewers, making a starter puts your game at a new level.
