Purcell Moutain Farms has all the things I can't find elsewhere--and at a good price. I thought I'd never again find dried lima beans for my lima beans and ham!

Very good quality and cook well. These are hard to find and I really appreciate that they are actually small sized limas.

Lovely looking lima beans and true "baby" ones. I havn't cooked them yet so I can't comment on their taste but I have a good feeling.
