I love it! I made chia pudding. Its great with granola, and some fresh fruit. I added banana, bluberries, rasberries, and stawberries. I can wait to try other recipes.

CHIA SEEDS ARE A STAPLE
I soak the chia seeds in watermelon et al puree, 1C liquid to 1/4C chia seeds. I usually end up with 6C of the liquid and add bananas and so many other things. It's a crazy healthy meal and can be frozen with great results so no worry about making too much and wasting it.
