Crusty and Perfect

I had given up on gf pizza, too many went into the garbage. The size is perfect. The crust is not absorbent, so it stays firm, not mushy. I used homemade sauce on the thick side, topped with mozzarella and a little fontina cheese and just a bit of olive oil. I have found a winner. Thank you!
