I did Heath's world championship ribs last night, using the butter bath. Those were the best ribs I have ever smoked to this date!! I'll be ordering more soon enough.

Did my own spin on the Cherry Chipotle Ribs using Cherry, Honey Chipotle Rubs and went full Heath with the Mustard binder and added some Pomegranate syrup in the Butter Bath wrap, simply amazing !!!
