No. 774 Teriyaki Snack Stick Seasoning

Teriyaki had no flavor

I ordered Honey BBQ, 7 Pepper, and Teriyaki. I made 25lbs of each batch and followed the directions as shown on PS seasoning web site. Honey BBQ and 7 pepper were very flavorful… Teriyaki not so much. It came with Maple cure and I didn’t even taste the sweetness of the cure? I don’t know if I got a bad batch, or maybe it was packaged incorrectly, but it taste like regular snack stick. I’m not mad… just a little disappointed. The snack stick is still very good and edible… it’s just not Teriyaki.

Definitely makes very good snack sticks
