Absolutely amazing! I killed a buffalo in Jan 22 and have over 700 lbs of meat to work with. I have made many different kits from PS Seasoning, and this is one of my favorites so far; neck and neck with BBQ Honey kit. My daughter even said it tasted better than any store bought, hands down. I definitely plan to re-order this kit again.
