The best snack stix ive ever had and made

Weak flavor

Decided to do a small test batch of 2lbs first. I typically mix stick seasonings 10% stronger but I found this one still lacking a bit. I may revisit and doctor it up a bit.

Tastes more like a traditional hot stick, was hoping for a sweeter yet spicy kick, like a Chipotle sauce is. This was pretty plain with some kick at the end. Edible, but rather disappointed
