Love the quality of this cardamom

Best Cardamom we've ever had!

We love this Cardamom and use it lot, putting whole pods in coffee and tea for the subtle flavoring. And also to chew as an after-dinner digestive aid to calm stomachs down if you've had too much food or drink, or something you ate just knocks your digestion off kilter. Lovely to add to cooking, especially stews or tagines, plus baking breads & sweets, Cardamon has a unique flavor that tantalizes ones taste buds! One of my family's all-time faves!

I didn't know I loved cardamom until now!

I had never used cardamom before this and I can't quite describe the flavor as it is a mix of lots of different things, but I can confirm that adding this to all my fall baked goods has made them even better! I sneak it in all kinds of places now and friends and family have made a game of trying to figure out what change I have made to their favorites. I have yet to reveal the secret as they are having too much fun guessing and I am having too much fun finding new uses for this spice.
