Worth the trip!

We stopped to take a look inside of CooksEdge because they specialize in Japanese knives. We met Adam the owner and he took the time to Understand what we were looking for and even gave us the opportunity to try out the knives. With each knife That we asked about, Adam would tell us where was from in Japan, how was made, and who made it. He even gave us an opportunity to try out the knives to see how nice they were. I cannot say enough great things about this store and if you’re ever at Prince Edward Island, you definitely need to stop in and say hello to Adam.

LOVE this spatula!

I had been wanting a fish spatula for a while and am so glad I finally purchased one. It's a game changer when cooking salmon to keep the skin from sticking to a cast iron pan. Absolutely love it!
