Delicious lamb

The lamb was great. We grilled it and served it medium rare. Several people who say they don’t like lamb loved it.

Made this Sunday and was very pleased with the results. Easy to prepare and delicious. Not gamely and in my opinion better than Australia or New Zealand lamb. I am familiar with the area this lamb is from and highly recommend

Easter dinner

This was fantastic and was perfect with the herb crust and mint pea puree that I served with it.
