Fruit Stand Wheat All-Grain Beer Recipe Kit

Good but not what I expected

I used my own blackberry puree from a local farmstand (2 quarts after I pasteurized it) to the primary after 7 days when the fermentation seemed complete. Fermentation started again and after another week the SG dropped to 1.007 Obviously more sugar in puree than I thought and primary wasn't completely done. Final ABV was about 6% and blackberry flavor was more subtle than I had hoped but overall it turned out to be a good beer

Beer is currently fermenting. Smelled good while brewing. Cannot wait to bottle and drink!!

Fruit Stand Wheat Beer

Great beer for adding your favorite fruit. I will be brewing another batch soon. I used mashed raspberries with a raspberry powder. Go for it. Just finished cutting the grass, showered and now enjoying this great beer.
