Just a good beer. I have used my own home grown organic peaches on the last two batches. I feel the beer has a fresh farm fruit taste compared to a more processed taste of pre packaged purée fruit. This current batch we are brewing will use 2 1/2 pounds locally grown apricots.

I did this kit with Blueberries i picked off my bushes rather than the pre-made puree. Ended up being a pretty pleasing summer sipper. Tips for using fresh stuff is to freeze it first, , heat them to kill the wild yeast and germs, then puree and finally strain off the seeds and skins before adding.

Kit was for a 5 gallon setup,!im using a 1 gallon starter kit, easy to divide ingredients, just had to buy more yeast.
