FLAT BOTTOM WOK
I like this WOK. It heats up so fast. Everything cooks better in it. I use it everyday. I like doing my vegetables in it. They cook perfectly. It cooks meat and mushrooms superbly as well.

Yamada Wok Seasoning
Love this wok, excellent robust build and finishing. I vinegar blued the bottom third of the pan and then seasoned. Wonderful blue finish and took the seasoning well. Common advice and videos suggest a quick wash and season and do the “egg test” first fry. I can take a stainless steel pan heat it to frost test and add oil and heat to shimmer on the oil. I do an egg test fry and the skillet acts nonstick, but it is not seasoned because it’s stainless. Easy to make it look like a pan is seasoned but misleading.

Awesome flat bottom wok for 2-4
Low this wok - once seasoned, works well and heats up evenly. New favourite pan!
