Mushroom Risotto by Good To-Go

My all time favorite vegetarian backpacking meal

Extremely bland

I was hoping this would be amazing because it does sound amazing - unfortunately not the case. The Risotto was super bland, we ate it at the campfire and I am just glad this is not the only meal I brought to a backpacking trip. It needs so many more spices and quite a bit less water than instructed

Love the texture

Just the right amount of salt in there for flavor. I don't think I would change a thing to it.
