Iceline Trekking Poles

I am a fan!

I am new to hiking long distance trails together with a group of best friends and I also need to say, I am one of these who say "If you buy cheap, you buy at least twice". Therefore during my research for top gear lead me to Durston and I bought the Ice line tracking poles. First all of my friends were surprised how light in weight they are and I need to add, that those friends are also likely more spenders. But it is not just light weight, it is absolutely perfect due to its stability which is without any doubt enough for even rough paths. It also fully meets expectations in terms of pack size, so I am a fan from now on. (I just ordered my X-Dome a few minutes ago and cant wait for it to cross the ocean to germany! :D ) The only point I had small difficulties was to change the baskets at the tips. But maybe this is also caused to my newbie status of a pole-owner.

As with the tent before, the wait for the trekking poles was rather short and certainly worth it. Excellent quality, lightweight, good handling, I am well satisfied.

Outstanding poles

Well engineered and beautifully made. Strong and lighter than any poles I’ve used before. I’m looking forward to getting a Duraton pack next. Great gear.
