All I can say is, "wow." I was skeptical 'cuz this coffee is so affordable (after coupon, $67.50 USD for 5 lb bag). Spoken highly of on home barista, rated 91 on coffee review). Thought I'd give it a shot. Makes some of the best lattes I've ever had. Sweet, chocolatey. Like drinking candy. Absolutely delicious. Serious good. Eager to try some of their other offerings. I'm pretty particular about my beans. Top of my list to date are Intelligentsia's Black Cat and Dragonfly's Creme Dolce, both great beans. Dragonfly has increased their prices quite a bit in the pas year. Looking for something new. Found it. I'm a fan. I'll b back!
