Best 2.1 Desktop Speaker Setup

I ended up going this route because I knew it was time for a sub due to music sounding better in my truck than at my desk. I am glad I went with the Satellites for desktop speakers rather than the Bookshelfs as these are slightly smaller in height and perfect on my desk. Hearing the left vs right channel depending on where the direction of an audio source is in games blows me away every time and music is incredible.

My first SVS speakers

So, I've been dreaming about buying SVS speakers for 7 years now. Finally I took the plunge. I went with a 2.1 Prime Satellite setup for my new gaming PC. The SB-1000 Pro Subwoofer coupled with my satellite speakers are to die for. Infinitely better than anything I have ever owned. My vintage speakers from Yamaha and Bose regardless of my configurations from surround sound or my music room are put to shame. I'm absolutely going to upgrade my other two setups to SVS speakers. For my living room theater I'm going bigger. Same for my music listening entertainment room. Even at the starter level I've been floored by how much I love my new PC setup with SVS speakers. Such a great product. These cats know exactly what they are doing. Fan for life here now.
