Fosi Audio ZA3 Balanced Stereo Amplifier

I ran a ZA3 in stereo for a couple of years and liked the results, so bought another to use as mono-blocks. So far it has proven to be a powerful and enjoyable option for everyday listening. The op-amp rolling possibilities sweeten the deal and add a little fun.

Nice little addition to the home theater

I use this amp to power my right and left front speakers in a 7.2 home theater set up as my primary device didn’t have enough power to run all 7 speakers and make the surrounds sound good. Now the surrounds have gained enough power to be easily balanced with the fronts and the front are still clear. The amp is small and hides easily. Set up took about five minutes. Perfect. I know some use these as mono amps (one Fosi for each speaker) but that would overpower the rest of my surround speakers until I upgrade my primary home theater amplifier. So this is perfect.

Those poor B&O people

I have 2 ZA3 in mono connected to an S3 with KEF and Infinity speakers. Simply put, you would need to make one hell of an investment to beat this sound. Just brilliant. (I only used B&O as an example, you can fill in any brand name).
