Replacement Arched Rod for Sturdi Pet Carriers

Difficult to put together, but works great

I have owned my SturdiProducts carrier for 10 years. When a pole finally broke, we ordered a replacement. Re-installing it was quite challenging at first and rough on my hands, but tracking down an instructional video on Facebook made the process a breeze. Most importantly, my dog jumped right in and refuses to leave—it is her happy place because she knows it means she is coming on the trip with us!

Love our cat kennel by Sturdi Products, such a well designed carrier. Then one of our arches broke from our cat decided to lay on top of it, instead of in it. Called Sturdi and was given a solutions immediately, and such a friendly knowledgeable employee on the phone. She was so helpful! Thank you for the customer service after a product is purchased that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended your product before but now I can say it is backed up with exemplary service!
