I used my carrier right after receiving for a flight to Montana. The replacement rods sent worked perfectly and seem sturdier then the originals. Thank you for your quick response!

What i needed

glad I was able to get the replacement I needed for my Sturdi bag small carrier since they are no longer making that size and anything bigger does not work for my small dog.

Difficult to put together, but works great

I have owned my SturdiProducts carrier for 10 years. When a pole finally broke, we ordered a replacement. Re-installing it was quite challenging at first and rough on my hands, but tracking down an instructional video on Facebook made the process a breeze. Most importantly, my dog jumped right in and refuses to leave—it is her happy place because she knows it means she is coming on the trip with us!
