Dry ice was melted, icepack unfrozen, meat had thawed and they gave me 4 lb of rabbit for cats! I have dogs. I am afraid to refreeze and thaw the meat at risk of making my sweet chihuahuas sick! I am not happy. I gave Customer Service a heads-up that I was ordering and told them i am not home for weekend deliveries. Even worse, i was home this morning and the delivery driver dropped it off when i was at church and it arrived in that condition. I am going to be forced to go back to We Feed Raw!

This is my dog’s favorite food. She turned her nose up to those with seaweed or kale in the recipe. I appreciate the good prices, dependable shipping and great customer service. Best raw dog food available.
