Sleepypod Air

This is our second sleepy pod. We used our beautiful Robins egg Blue pod today for a flight from Denver to Portland and the improved version worked out really well for our Little Brussels griffon Ollie.

Overall I think that the construction of the sleepypod is excellent. My only dislike is that it could’ve been made with a little more height allowing my miniature dachshund to stand!

The product itself is high quality, but the entire process from purchase to delivery was extremely frustrating. The order was supposed to arrive in 2 days, but it was delivered after 9 days. The shipping cost I paid was $92.64. However, FedEx claimed they had not received the shipping payment shown on the commercial invoice and charged me $151.84 based on their own rate. I was forced to refuse the shipment and have the merchandise returned. So far, no one at Sleepypod has provided any update regarding the return or the credit to my account.
