I’m new to running and I’m currently training for my first 10k in 2 weeks time. I am on track for a time of about 62-64 minutes. I have bought the level 2 10k training plan because I just couldn’t stomach the outlay for runna. The plan looks like just what I need and when I read through it I can see how the development and recovery is staged into it. I went mad and added the strength training option to this plan too! These look like great value and I look forward to getting stuck into this in preparation for my second 10k in September. Looking at the plan I am targeting about 57/58 minutes which with all the pacing charts that are included I know what to aim for in my runs. I am someone that needs structure and something to train towards so these plans seem like a great option. I would rather support an independent who makes entertaining relevant content too. And even if I needed 4 plans a year it’s still way cheaper than app based options. I would recommend this plan even having not started it yet as I can see how the progression and structure will help me achieve my goals.
