Solid but not trivial to install
Solid in the end. But had to struggle with getting the pins in. It's significantly more difficult than shown in the official video to hammer these in with pliers. They are easily dropped (or go flying). They need to be shipped with spare pins. Also, given the B&R warranty, it was surprising to be charged for them.

You Get What You Pay For
Sure, my B&R was an expensive piece compared to other brands but the quality, service and overall ease and comfort of use is second to none. My recent trip with my baseline bag resulted in a broken zipper. An email to B&R sent me a replacement zipper and awesome instructions on how to make the repair. It’s as good as new and ready to keep on traveling.
