I've long appreciated the sturdy design and quality construction of my older two-wheeler. It was a surprise to find one of the wheels and axle dangling out of the socket when I fetched the bag in Kilimanjaro. The DYI repair process was smooth and effective. The written instructions (and YouTube demo) were smart and clear. I took the directions literally, so I was puzzled to read that ALL repairs would be preceded by opening the inner lining. It made no sense for the wheel replacement, so I by-passed that step, but I recommend a little editing. Otherwise, and basically, Briggs&Riley were true to their word and it was a quick and easy fix. Thank you.
