Do not trust Briggs & Riley Warrantee

They sent the wrong replacement part. When that was pointed out to them, they ask us to send the large suitcase to the factory IN A CARDBOARD BOX at our expense instead of bringing it to the local dealer. To add insult to injury, they did not even offer to reimburse the cost of the replacement part.

After installing the replacement parts, my bags are up to “fighting speed” and ready for our next trip!

Parts worked as expected

The parts fit and were relatively easy to install and it was a quick activity. Would have been nice to have the original color.
