Being a frequent traveler, my bags take a beating. After a few years of hard use the wheels went bad on my B&R bag. The replacement parts were reasonably priced, and the installation was quick and painless. I've owned other high end travel bags, and this was indeed not the case with other manufacturers. My B&R bag now rolls like it was new
