I love everything about my suitcase. The pattern is very nice and easy to spot. When I am checking the bag the agents always say oh my that’s a nice pattern and when picking up my luggage customers comment how easy it is to spot my luggage. You may receive more customers because I always tell them the brand. I will not switch brands again. Keep the cool patterns coming!

Excellent Customer Service

Thanks so much Monos for the excellent customer service! Out large check in bag had a zipper break and we weren’t sure exactly when it happened. Either way I reached out to monos about the lifetime warranty and they responded right away. We’re pretty sure it broke during airport travel which would not be covered by monos but they still came through and granted us a new replacement after a small one time fee, which probably covered shipping. This was something they didn’t have to do but they did it anyway. The entire process was easy and quick. Just in time for our trip to London! Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Thanks Monos!
