Owning a Briggs & Riley carry on for years, the wheel bearing finally wore out. The replacement kit was easy to order and installing the wheels was easy too. I was impressed with the quality of the replacements as they are better in quality than the original. Thanks for a wonderful experience

Not as advertised

I’m a pretty ardent do-it-yourself or so I thought swapping out the wheels on my Briggs and Riley would be easy. WRONG! Seems that you should be able to use the Allen wrench to simply unscrew the old wheels’ axles and replace with the new ones but apparently there are also lock nuts but no instructions on how to access them. I suppose I could figure it out given enough time but the instructions should have been more detailed. As much as I love my Briggs and Riley cases (I have two of them), this was a major let-down.
