Smart Link Hook

As a working Flight Attendant who uses a baseline 21” expandable carry on for work, having this Smart Link Hook is just what I needed. It holds my heavier bags securely allowing me to place my lighter bag over the trolley handle. Unhooking my additional luggage is effortless and quick, which matters when transferring luggage from buses thru airport security and on and off aircraft. I was so happy when I found out this item was back in stock. It’s really a life saver.

Hook itself is good, smart link system is still flawed and inferior

Happy to have a nice j-hook instead of the bag strap, bitter sweet in that there remains no improvements in the smart link system on these bags. Still falls off the bag very easily. Almost lost the new j-hook the first flight I used it.

Only issue is the connection point to the bag disconnects itself and the hook and strap fall off. The connecting point could be a little deeper to make it more secure and harder to accidentally disconnect.
