Smart Link Hook

Hook itself is good, smart link system is still flawed and inferior

Happy to have a nice j-hook instead of the bag strap, bitter sweet in that there remains no improvements in the smart link system on these bags. Still falls off the bag very easily. Almost lost the new j-hook the first flight I used it.

Only issue is the connection point to the bag disconnects itself and the hook and strap fall off. The connecting point could be a little deeper to make it more secure and harder to accidentally disconnect.
