Sun-Dried Red Chile Sauce

Very good roasted chile flavor. Blends well with rice and beans and as a topping for fried egg and cheese sandwich.

My opinion - the best red pepper Chile sauce on the market. Sun drying the chiles produces deep flavor that you just don't get in other sauces. I will not buy any other. Highly recommend.

I’ve bought a couple of times now. We absolutely love it. We use it as a base for our enchilada sauce, for chile Colorado, and several other Mexican dishes.
