Gives me a good lift

I usually have this in my bottle when on an indoor trainer or on a ride. I find this gives me more of a lift that the other powders but my favourite is the strawberry one (Attivo). Although it comes in a much smaller sachet, the effect is just as good if not the better. The flavour is really nice and subtle.

I’ve tried most companies when it comes to event nutrition as I really suffer from going off my gels/ drinks which has restricted my ability to go further. I found the Solo powder is really palatable, not as sickly as others and easier to consume then others. Not the cheapest out there but why wreck everything you’ve done over a few extra £’s?
