Happy to have found a gel my stomach seems to tollerate. This one has no caffeine which is also something I need to avoid. I like the taste and thet are not to sweet either and certainly give you all you need to keep going.

Easy on the stomach

Finally a gel that is not gloopy and easy on my stomach! Slightly smaller than most other gel on the market, with just as many carbs, just easier to carry on my long training runs
