Really easy to chew, nice and soft. The flavour is amazing. I like the amount of salt they contain (don't worry, you can't taste it) as I need a bit of salt but I dont like drinking electrolytes when I'm running

Been using veloforte chews for a while now, so easy on the stomach. If you cant stomach gels definitely go for the chews
