My favourite bar for my ultra runs. Nutrition can be tough to get down when deep into an ultra but these bars break that trend - I look forward to these, particularly when I’m tired of gels.

As a recreational bike rider who has ridden for pleasure and fitness since I was in senior school, and I'm now a 'senior' citizen, I've no idea whether it actually boosts my energy, but it sure tastes good!!
