Stops cramps

I use for open water swimming in a Camelbak strapped to my tow float. I get horrid cramps on longer swims and this has helped hugely.

Energising and fresh

This is my favourite revitalising combo powder. It's really fresh and revitalising. I love the Strawberry and basil combo and the taste is just lovely. The only small downside is some of the bits get caught up in my bottle cap.

A fantastic product

Easy to use, tastes great. No GI issues. I would definitely recommend this.
