Different

The mats are different than the ones I bought a couple of years ago. I like the old ones better, they are soft and thin, the new ones are thick just like any other brand from Amazon.

mesh cooking sheets

These are TERRIFIC!! The baked cookies slide off these mesh sheets and because of the mesh structure, the baking heat circulates more evenly. The removal of the cookies is a breeze and the cleanup is very simple too.
