Why did I wait so long to order????
I have different brands of metal rolling pins with guides; however, I feel like none of them truly got my dough even (the middle always seemed puffier). I've been looking at this rolling pin for quite a while but couldn't justify purchasing it at the time. I finally caved, and OMG I'm sad I waited so long. Between the money spent on multiple metal rolling pins, different guides, bad 3d prints of guides, etc., I would have been better off purchasing this rolling pin a long time ago (not to mention saving some of my mental health lol). Bottom line - this rolling pin is a game changer and should be considered a smart investment, even if you're just starting out! I consider it in the top 5 tools of all new bakers!!

I am not sorry....Best roller for perfect thickness
Believe it or not, I was using Home Depot 5 gallon paint sticks as my rulers. This was less mess and no boundaries for rolling out dough. Also, my family loves the slightly larger thickness. Better ratio of cookie to frosting. Just used it again for an order and had perfectly baked and level cookies.

Great rolling pin!
I’ve used guide sticks ever since I started decorating cookies a few years back. They have become warped and I wanted a rolling pin that had the 5/16 measurement. I looked at a lot of online sources and I couldn’t find that thickness. I shop cookie countess for other things and they had one! It’s really big so keep that in mind. I’ve used it quite a few times now and I’m pleased with the purchase.
