Shipping is super slow

The ottoman matches the sofa I brought from Costco. However, while it says it will be shipped in 12 weeks. It actually wait until the last week then shipped it. Never wait for a delivery for three months.

Overall I was impressed with the quality. Bought sofa and loveseat, sight unseen, from Costco. Delivery was fast and easy. But I ordered the ottoman directly from the company. It took three months, I was not notified it had shipped, and came home to find a damaged dirty box on my porch. Ottoman seemed undamaged, but the leather is different from the other pieces. And it was very overpriced. The set is not as comfortable as I’d hoped, and shows as soon as someone sits down.
