Fantastic customer service!!

We got the couch, chair and loveseat. We then found out about the ottoman, and bought that direct from Prospera. We had an issue with a leg on the ottoman, so we had to call customer service (we worked with heather.) Initially we felt bad that we couldn’t get the ottoman through Costco and had to pay full price through prospera. But in dealing with heather on our issue, the service we got more than made up for paying full price. Prospera will definitely stand behind your service, we got some of the best customer service we’ve ever had. Seriously! Lovely set. Fantastic service. You won’t be disappointed!!

Our Jensen furniture is outstanding. I think the springs are the best part of the constuction instead of cushions. Funiture should last much longer. Holds up well to wear and tear.

I am not good at buying on line so I was hesitant to order this furniture. I liked the color in the picture on the website but the swatch sent to me did not look like the online picture. I was so disappointed and dreaded having to go through the process of returning it. But when the delivery men came they brought in the sofa and with the natural lighting in our room it looked like the online picture from the website. I was so pleased and relieved Very good customer at Prospera -the customer service rep was so easy to work with, she answered all my questions and was very reassuring. It really helped to talk to a real person that actually answered the phone when I called. The leather is soft and comfortable to sit on.
