Perfection

Love this knife. I got this for my daughter fort her birthday and she was thrilled.

Great all around knife

This knife is very easy to work with, feels natural in the hand, has a good balance, and extremely sharp even after a whole lot of use. This is my main knife to use from the barbaric to the more refined cuts made in the kitchen. One thing I noticed is that the handle feels like it’s unfinished, as it has already lost it’s shine after a few washes, but overall still a brilliant piece.
