I've only had Elk once before so I was certainly looking forward to trying it again. Like Northstar Bison Ribeyes, these Elk Ribeyes did not disappoint. Juicy, tender and full of great flavor.

Bought these because my wife is allergic to beef. They definitely did not disappoint. The taste was great shipping was fast and the order was correct what more can you ask for.

Tasted great but too expensive

The cuts i got were tiny. They were delicious but $125 for 4 - 6oz piece is just never going to allow for it to be more than a one time thing.
