Great knife

I am very partial to Japanese knives, I have been using them for decades. After using it for a week I already know this will be one of my favorites. It is light, but feels very solid, well balanced, the handle feels great. The blade is excellent, I love blue steel for it's sharpness. It does require special care as the steel oxidizes quicker, but with special care it will last forever. Very good price for this quality knife, nice touch from a seller with a hand written thank you note. Highly recommended company.

Best knife I’ve ever owned.

I like a good knife in the kitchen and I have a lot. This knife is not only beautiful, it is absolutely amazing. And it’s so well balanced. Let’s talk about sharpness. I have many sharp knives and take time to keep them sharp, but none, I really mean none, compare to the sharpness of this knife. It is beautiful and a pleasure to use. Any absolutely wonderful knife.
