This is the first time I’ve eaten bison and it really exceeded my expectations. I’ve only tried the ground bison so far but I’m looking forward to trying everything else in the sampler package. My order came very quickly, was packaged meticulously and everything looks wonderful but I just haven’t had time to cook anything else yet. I’m on a mission to eat healthier, though, and this is certainly a great start. Thank you so much to everyone at Northstar Bison!

I cannot submit on how each piece tasted or was lean because I bought these packages for my sons and their family. I did get feedback that the salmon was super and they took pictures of that but however, I bought this for my boys for Christmas. It came packaged well and it was frozen when they received it and they received it on time. Thank you.
