Unfortunately, Still exhausted

I am unfortunately disappointed with the firmness level. I thought, since I like things very soft and I’m used to memory foam, I would go with the soft version first I bought that via Amazon. The soft seemed like I was sinking too far into my air base even having the sleep number base set at 100. I just felt like it was compressing and I was hitting something hard. I still kept the topper, just because toppers can be a nightmare to return. I contacted the company and they suggested a medium density purchase that couldn’t be bought on Amazon but sold through their site. So, I bought the king medium firmness. After having that on my bed now for a couple weeks I still think it’s too firm for my application but if I’m being honest I’m over buying these things and at this point it is what it is.

Great customer service

I originally ordered a medium 3” topper for our futon. That topper turned out to be too soft for us. I got ahold of the company and reordered a firm 2” topper which turned out to be perfect. The return process was so easy and they sent an extra box with my reorder to return the first order. Great customer service with a great product…. . you can’t go wrong with this company.

Very comfortable

Bought this for a stay at a relative's house whose guest room has a rock hard mattress, making sleeping uncomfortable and painful. Finally a good night's sleep when visiting! No odor after airing it out a couple days. A worthwhile investment, it was either that or a hotel :)
