Holy Grail for Side Sleepers

Oh my word. I’m an elder millennial. Everything hurts now. My mornings used to consist of grunting then rubbing my neck and shoulder due to pain. I sleep exclusively on my right side, and sometimes on my left side if I want to keep things exciting. I haven’t adjusted the fill in my pillows and it has felt just right for me. My mattress is quite plush to accommodate my sleeping position which is likely why I haven’t needed to adjust the fill. The pillow covers it comes with is soft and doesn’t run hot. I plan to purchase another set of covers to change out during wash day. If you’re a side sleeper, the cut out pillow is for you. I’ve had the most delicious sleep. My Oura ring is now singing me praises since I don’t toss and turn. It’s pricey, but worth it. Prior to this, I was using a couple of crescent shaped memory foam pillows from Amazon. It didn’t matter how I adjusted the fill, it was not meant to be. It took me weeks to make the decision to buy these Coop pillows because I thought they were too much. My only regret is not purchasing them sooner.

A pillow that gets me

I would wake up with my pillow smooshed in the center where my shoulder was forcing its way all night. The cutout pillow understands the assignment. My head sleeps on a supported cloud all night and my sleep has improved.
