Talalay Latex Pillow

As latex pillows go, I think this one is high quality. That being said, it's been awhile since I owned one and I don't think its what I need anymore. It has a certain spring to it that can be too much when you are trying to find a good sleep position. I think I would go back with a shredded memory foam given the chance.

This pillow is very soft and luxurious feeling. You can tell they use high quality materials. I am a side sleep and back sleeper, and I got the low loft pillow. It was the right height for my frame, 5'3" and 165lbs, and it kept my spine neutral. Overall, I liked it, but I need more support. If it had a denser inner layer to provide more support under the soft laytex layer, perhaps it would have been perfect.

Not a good pillow for my sleep style. When laying on my back it pushes my head forward. It didn’t with the cover off, but then nothing supported my head when laying on my side.
