Organic Dunlop Latex Pillow

Perfect pillow!

I went through multiple pillows before finding this one. I used to need two pillows to get enough cradling for my head and neck but now I just use this one. I mostly sleep on my back but also sleep at times on my side and stomach and this pillow works for all sleep positions and the price is right.

My brest friend

We recently had a baby and I slept on our "Brest Friend" nursing pillow a few times, and I realized that I liked it more than my actual pillow. It was the right height without me having to periodically stuff more pillow fluff under my head, and it supports all the way to my shoulder without me having to cram the pillow under my chin. I started looking at various foam pillows, and landed on this one. I think its perfect for me. It does everything I liked about the nursing pillow, but is also soft enough that it doesn't crush my ear uncomfortably. It has a rubbery spring, comfortable, but firm and supportive enough to keep my spine aligned as a broad-shouldered side sleeper. You don't sink too far in; I maybe sink in an inch? Hard to say. I definitely wouldn't recommend a pillow this firm and thick for back or stomach sleepers. I think the hardest part of selecting a latex pillow is going to be getting the thickness right, because its not really adjustable. I maybe could have gone with one thats half an inch thicker, but I'll never know, because this is good enough for me and my sleep has improved. At least what little sleep I get these days.
