Yum Yum Tongue!

It is so good to be able to order and cook this beef tongue. It is delicious. My only comment for improvement is that I wish more of the tongue meat at the base of the tongue were included in the cut. I will definitely order it again.

Delicious and worth trying!

Such a pleasant and extraordinary change of protein. I slow boiled the beef tongue with bay leaves, onion, peppercorns, and celery. Then sliced it up for little sandwiches and to top crackers with cheese. Very tender, delicate and satisfying in taste. Live that it's high in minerals like zinc and iron.
